From the beginning the company has
favored a policy of continued up-dating and modernisation and today is able to offer even the most demanding clients

premises cover 40.000 m2,and there are 150 employees. Due

Profilglass
has been able to optimise the working times and methods, offering
excellent quality and service as well as being highly competitive.
The organization also includes associated companies which lead to
the direct management of all the production phases ensuring an
unsurpassable flexibility and very high quality level.
The planning phase is a source of great
pride for the company. Profilglass is not only able to produce
Òmade-to-measureÓ items with specific shapes and dimensions, but also
has technological instruments which enable the internal planning of
components for various production lines. This choice has led to the
achievement of two main objectives, quality and service. Profilglass
has an annual production of 300.000.000 lin.m of profiles made by 18
roll forming machines built internally, as are the relative series of
tools required for the production of various dimensions.
The profiles, 180 different types, are
available in standard versions, bendable and in different anodising and painted colours. The company is furthermore
able to produce special shapes and dimensions on request. The
English-style decorative profiles, in their variety, are one of the
Profilglass products known throughout the world.
The very high storage capacity
(30.000.000 lin. m. of profiles) allow the company to set delivery
times with precision, and thanks to the good organisation of the
department, allows delivery in very short times. For greater
efficiency and service Profilglass has its own trucks in order to carry out part of
the deliveries directly. Service is one
of the Profilglass strong points, offered to a vast and loyal
clientele.
